Francesco Carbone
Francesco Carbone, born in 1971, graduated from Milan with a degree in Economics of Financial, Banking, and Insurance Intermediaries. He worked as a financial broker in Milan, Dublin, and London for several years, including between 2007 and 2013 for an Italian consulting firm specializing in asset allocation in European equities using a value approach.
A scholar and popularizer of the Austrian School of Economics, he has edited an economics and markets blog since 2002 and produced several economic nonfiction books under the USEMLAB brand since 2008 (including "What is Money," "The Tragedy of the Euro," "A School of Economics"), as well as the podcast "IL TRUFFONE" on these topics since 2016. Since 2013, he has also been involved in cryptocurrency trading.
